Expeditor
Great service doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone owns the flow, sees every ticket and every technician's day, and makes sure the right work lands in the right hands at the right time. At Infinite Solutions, that someone is our Expeditor.
Our Expeditor is the operational heartbeat of our service team and a builder of people, a Microsoft-certified professional who keeps commitments to clients on track while raising the technical bar of everyone around them through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training. If serving others energizes you, keep reading.
Service flow & coordination
- Own the daily flow of service tickets: triage, prioritize, assign, and expedite work so client commitments and SLAs are consistently met.
- Monitor open work across the service board, spot aging or at-risk tickets, and drive them to resolution before they escalate.
- Serve as the connection point between clients, technicians, and leadership, communicating status clearly and setting accurate expectations.
- Spot patterns in incoming work and recommend process, documentation, and automation improvements that make the whole team faster.
Building people
- Coach and mentor technicians in real time: shoulder-to-shoulder troubleshooting, ticket reviews, and constructive feedback.
- Design and deliver technical training on the Microsoft ecosystem and core networking (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure fundamentals, and network troubleshooting).
- Build and maintain a knowledge base of repeatable resolutions, runbooks, and best practices so expertise is shared, not siloed.
- Help identify skill gaps and partner with leadership on certification paths and development plans.
Required
- 3+ years in technical support, service coordination, or systems administration, MSP experience strongly preferred.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) and Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience training, mentoring, or developing others, formally or informally.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows, Entra ID / Active Directory, and endpoint management.
- Strong hands-on networking across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi, deep enough to resolve network-layer issues and coach the team through them.
- Exceptional organization and communication, able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the human touch.
Preferred
- Experience with a PSA / ticketing platform (ConnectWise or similar).
- Azure certifications, AZ-104, AZ-140, or AZ-305, strongly recommended.
- Additional Microsoft certifications (Intune, Security, Compliance & Identity).
- Formal instructional or curriculum-development experience.
- CompTIA Network+ and/or Cisco CCNA, and hands-on experience with SonicWall, Meraki, or UniFi firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Exposure to SD-WAN (VeloCloud or similar), dynamic routing (OSPF / BGP), and Azure cloud networking is a strong plus as our clients scale and adopt the cloud.
- You lead with kindness, thoughtfulness toward clients and teammates is your default setting.
- You get genuine satisfaction from making other people better.
- You're always curious, the person who asks "why does it work that way?" and then goes and finds out.
- You stay calm and decisive when the board is full and the phones are ringing.
- You believe documentation and training are acts of generosity, not chores.
- Competitive salary aligned to market benchmarks, reviewed bi-annually.
- Company-supported certification and continuing education, we pay for you to keep growing.
- Health benefits, paid time off, and a culture that recognizes great work.
- A leadership team that invests in development, coaching, and clear career paths.
Send your resume and a short note telling us about a time you helped someone on your team level up, a technician you coached, a training you built, a skill you passed on. That story matters to us as much as your certifications.

Senior Engineer – Help Desk
Some problems can't be solved from a script, the ticket that's really three issues wearing a trench coat, the recurring glitch nobody has connected to its cause. Those need an engineer who thinks, not just one who follows steps.
The Senior Engineer supports the help desk on its higher-level tickets: the complex, multi-layered issues that demand critical thinking, pattern recognition, and genuine curiosity about why something broke. This isn't about being the last stop, it's about being the sharpest set of eyes: connecting related symptoms across systems, diagnosing the underlying cause, and resolving problems at the core so the end user's experience is fixed, not patched.
Complex problem solving & root cause
- Support the help desk on complex, multi-system issues across M365, Windows, networking, identity, and endpoints, pulling related symptoms into one clear diagnosis.
- Resolve at the core, not the symptom: ask why it broke, identify the underlying cause, document it, and drive the changes that keep it from coming back.
- Keep the person behind the ticket at the center, confirm the problem is truly resolved from their side and communicate in plain language.
Technical depth & raising the bar
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Active Directory, Intune, Windows Server, and Azure workloads including virtual desktop.
- Diagnose and resolve network-layer issues across LAN and WAN, VLANs, routing and switching, firewalls (SonicWall, Meraki, UniFi), VPNs, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN.
- Spot risks, misconfigurations, and aging infrastructure before they become incidents, and feed findings to Account Management and leadership.
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians, turn resolutions into playbooks, and recommend process and automation improvements.
Required
- Significant hands-on MSP or managed-services experience supporting complex, multi-system issues.
- Strong critical thinking and diagnostic instincts, and deep fluency across the Microsoft stack (M365, Windows, Entra ID / Active Directory, endpoint management).
- Willingness to be present, in our New Albany office and on-location at client sites.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) and Administrator Expert (MS-102), or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on networking troubleshooting across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi, able to diagnose network-layer root causes, not just endpoints.
Recommended
- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AZ-140 (Azure Virtual Desktop), SC-300 (Identity & Access), and AZ-305 (Solutions Architect), or equivalent.
- Experience with a PSA platform such as ConnectWise.
- A growth path we'll fund, we invest when you invest in certifications that keep you ahead of our clients' needs.
- You lead with kindness, thoughtfulness toward clients and teammates is your default setting.
- You stay calm and methodical when systems are down and phones are ringing.
- You get genuine satisfaction from making other people better.
- You believe documentation is an act of generosity, and you hold a high standard for the fix, the team, and yourself.
- Competitive salary aligned to market benchmarks, reviewed bi-annually.
- A competitive benefits package including health benefits and paid time off.
- Company-supported certification and continuing education.
- A leadership team that invests in coaching, development, and clear career paths.
Send your resume and a short note about the hardest technical problem you've solved, and what you did so it never happened again. That story matters to us as much as your certifications.

Technical Account Manager
Great client partnerships don't happen by accident. They happen because someone owns the relationship, knows the client's business as well as their environment, and turns technology into a roadmap the client actually trusts.
The TAM owns the full client lifecycle, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth while ensuring system stability and mitigating technical risk. This role is both high-level and hands-on: you'll build trusted executive relationships, guide architectural outcomes, and stay deeply integrated with service delivery, bridging the gap between business goals and technical operations.
Relationship & technical oversight
- Serve as the primary strategic and technical partner for assigned accounts, building trusted, multi-level relationships.
- Maintain a relentless communication rhythm, daily acknowledgments, weekly syncs, monthly IT meetings, and QBRs.
- Review account health daily, ticket trends, system logs, and SLA risks, to resolve issues before the client feels them.
- Own service and technical escalations end-to-end, keeping the client supported and informed through full resolution.
Growth, advisory & coordination
- Lead strategic planning and QBRs focused on risk posture, technical maturity, and long-term roadmap.
- Translate gaps into consultative, non-transactional proposals, and lead the retention lifecycle including renewals.
- Partner weekly with Service Desk and Projects leadership, and keep account documentation in ConnectWise and M365 as the team's source of truth.
Required
- Proven MSP or managed-services experience owning client relationships.
- Strong technical fluency across the Microsoft stack (M365, Windows, Entra ID / Active Directory, endpoint management).
- Willingness to be present, in our New Albany office and on-location at client sites, because trusted partnerships are built face-to-face.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) and Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or equivalent experience with a commitment to certify within your first year.
Preferred
- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), SC-300 (Identity & Access), and AZ-305 (Solutions Architect).
- Experience with a PSA platform such as ConnectWise.
- A growth path we'll fund, Microsoft AI credentials and ITIL or PMP, we invest in the certifications that keep you ahead of where our clients are going.
- You lead with kindness, thoughtfulness toward clients and teammates is your default setting.
- You're equal parts strategist and practitioner, comfortable in the boardroom and in the ticket queue.
- You stay calm and decisive when an account is on fire, and you believe clear communication is a form of respect.
- You're self-correcting, you regularly ask where you felt reactive and what the client would say about you this quarter.
- Competitive salary aligned to market benchmarks, reviewed bi-annually.
- Company-supported certification and continuing education.
- Health benefits and paid time off.
- A leadership team that invests in coaching, development, and clear career paths.

Project Delivery Engineer
Some projects need a checklist. Others need someone who's done it enough to know what the checklist doesn't cover, the workaround for an odd network setup, the judgment call when a part doesn't match spec, the conversation that keeps a client calm when the timeline gets tight. That someone is our Project Delivery Engineer.
The Project Delivery Engineer is the technical anchor onsite: the person who runs the complex deployment solo, picks up the phone with confidence, and represents Infinite Solutions the way we want to be remembered. You lead higher-complexity engagements independently, from prep through completion, and you're the first escalation point for the Project Delivery Analysts working alongside you. It's a defined step toward Project Delivery Lead.
Project execution & technical ownership
- Lead higher-complexity engagements, multi-site workstation refreshes, Autopilot deployments, network-adjacent installs, and full-office builds and moves, independently from prep through completion.
- Provision and secure Microsoft 365 accounts and devices; manage Entra ID / Azure AD join (including hybrid join) and Intune enrollment, configuration, and compliance policies.
- Configure and troubleshoot the networking that shows up mid-deployment, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic switch and Wi-Fi setup.
- Set the hardware and peripheral configuration standard the analysts follow, testing rigorously before marking work complete.
Client communication, quality & mentorship
- Serve as the primary point of contact on assigned projects, communicating clearly and professionally with clients by phone and in person.
- Act as the first escalation point for Project Delivery Analysts on the same project or site, coaching them shoulder-to-shoulder.
- Record all work in tickets and project records the day it's done, following documented processes and flagging where they need to catch up to reality.
- Model Listen, Observe, Partner, Improve, Solve, every client interaction is a chance to build trust, not just close a ticket.
Required
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or equivalent, or a commitment to earn it within your first 90 days.
- CompTIA A+ and Network+, or demonstrated equivalent hands-on experience.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on IT support, service tech, or project delivery experience, including client-facing or field work.
- Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD (device registration, Azure AD and hybrid join, identity) and Intune (enrollment, configuration profiles, conditional access, compliance, remote actions).
- Confident, professional client communication by phone and in person, on an ongoing basis.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to be present in our New Albany office and at client sites.
Preferred
- MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-802, or SC-300.
- Windows Autopilot (user-driven, self-deploying, pre-provisioning) and Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning.
- Automating Intune tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, and reading Endpoint Analytics and compliance reporting.
- Prior Project Delivery Analyst or MSP / field-deployment experience.
- Multi-platform device management (macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Android) and endpoint security fundamentals (BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, attack surface reduction).
- Mentoring or training experience, and a PSA platform such as ConnectWise.
- You're an excellent communicator, on the phone, in person, and in writing.
- You default to professionalism whether you're in our office or a client's.
- You lead with kindness and take ownership without needing to be told twice.
- You're adaptable, a multi-site day with a curveball in the middle of it is just Tuesday.
- You hold a high standard for the work and believe documentation is an act of generosity, not a chore.
- Competitive pay aligned to market benchmarks, reviewed bi-annually.
- Company-supported certification and continuing education, plus a funded path from Project Delivery Engineer to Project Delivery Lead (MS-102 and deeper Intune/Autopilot specialization).
- Health benefits and paid time off.
- A leadership team that invests in coaching, development, and clear career paths.
Send your resume and a short note about a project you led start to finish, including a moment where something didn't go as planned and how you handled it, and the client conversation that came with it. That story matters to us as much as your experience.
